What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
At DAITAN, we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:
- CLIENT MANAGEMENT: To carry out the administrative, accounting, and tax management of the requested services, as well as to send commercial communications about our products and services.
- SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: To carry out the administrative, accounting, and tax management of the contracted services, as well as contact person management.
- MANAGEMENT OF THE EXERCISE OF DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS: To manage and address requests from data subjects concerning the exercise of the rights established in data protection regulations.
- NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION FORM: To send our newsletter and other promotional communications of interest to subscribers.

How long will we keep your data?

- Control authorities, public administration bodies, and the Ombudsman, if applicable, for managing and addressing requests and potential claims (legal requirement).
- CONTACT FORMS AND NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION: No data will be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
