What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

At DAITAN, we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:

• CLIENT MANAGEMENT: To carry out the administrative, accounting, and tax management of the requested services, as well as to send commercial communications about our products and services.
• SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: To carry out the administrative, accounting, and tax management of the contracted services, as well as contact person management.
• MANAGEMENT OF THE EXERCISE OF DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS: To manage and address requests from data subjects concerning the exercise of the rights established in data protection regulations.

  • Control authorities, public administration bodies, and the Ombudsman, if applicable, for managing and addressing requests and potential claims (legal requirement).

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
